I know we add something really special to our clients in the way we deliver great financial information and commercial support – in a way that differs hugely from the dry way most firms of “straight laced” accountants do. We share our clients’ success, and occasionally feel their pain and disappointment.
I believe that a business shared is a vision shared, and that we all add to the success of Your Right Hand FD, as different people and in different ways. I like to share the success of the business with the people who work with us.
I like to think that we work with people who appreciate and share our beliefs and values:
That if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing fantastically well.
That we have a duty to tell our clients something that they don’t already know about their business, which will improve their ability to make the best decisions – this requires a questioning and curious nature.
That we have some fun while we’re doing this – let’s work because we enjoy it and not just because we have to.
That we should always be learning new “stuff” - work related or for pleasure.
That we are careful with our planet’s resources and put something back into our community.
That we share our success with each other, and value each other’s contribution to it.
